“The deepest love, which we are looking for, that means real deep love. [–] Divine slavery is what the Gopis are feeling for Krishna. Their love is unconditional. We belong to you. [–] Divine slavery means not that you are a prisoner. No. It means that you are so much in love with Krishna that you don't want that ’freedom’ anymore to do nonsense. Because we have freedom... [–] We have the freedom to do nonsense. And that freedom the devotee wants to renounce. No, my Lord, I'm yours. I give up that freedom. I want you.” (46:13ff)
